Jane holds a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Alabama and serves as a catechetical leader and office volunteer at Shepherd of the Hills in Quinque, VA. Jane resides in Ruckersville, VA with her husband Terry and their two children Megan and Nathaniel. In her spare time Jane enjoys reading, sewing, and supporting high school and college marching bands.

Deacon Jay was ordained to the permanent diaconate in the Archdiocese of Mobile, AL in June of 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Coast Guard Academy and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. After enjoying retirement on the Gulf Coast for a year, Deacon Jay and Marybeth relocated to Ruckersville in the spring of 2024 to be closer to their four granddaughters (and their parents) who live in Manassas and Richmond. 

As part of the Incarnation parish family, Deacon Jay will be supporting and facilitating Justice Ministry, Adult Faith Formation and Religious Education programs, as well as supporting liturgy scheduling and general pastoral ministry.
