Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Ministry at Incarnation provides spiritual support to our homebound parishioners and regularly visits local facilities with residents in skilled nursing and assisted living. If you or a loved one would like to receive Holy Communion at home or in a care facility, you can fill out the form below or contact the parish office to be added to our visitation list.

Prayer Shawls

Our Prayer Shawl Ministry is to have shawls available, made with prayer, for someone who needs comfort during times of difficulty and stress, to know they are not alone physically as well as spiritually. Our ministry began in June, 2012 and meets regularly. In the last 13 years over 2,000 shawls have been made for those in need.
