Parish Timeshares
Our parish is blessed to own timeshares in Williamsburg, Massanutten and Shenandoah Crossings. Numerous parishioners have enjoyed the use of these timeshares over the past several years. Each time-share week is raffled at the parish. Raffle tickets cost $5 each (or 3 for $10 or 7 for $25) and the drawings are always held at least one-month in advance of the actual vacation week. Listed below are the timeshares, their amenities and accompanying websites and pictures. (All proceeds are used to pay for the timeshare fees and additional funds are placed in the parish’s general operating budget).
Massanutten Mountainside Villa. January 7-14, 2012 (Unit 98, week 1): NEXT RAFFLE: Fall 2011
A beautiful, two-story villa, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single-beds.) Sleeps six easily. Pull–out couch in large living room. Large kitchen, large Jacuzzi tub. Access to all Massanutten activities. This villa is ideal for all persons looking to take a break from the holidays, those with college students home on break and those who like to ski!
Shenandoah Crossings October 16-23 NEXT RAFFLE: Fall, 2011
A pleasurable, quiet two bedroom cabin in the woods (one with double bed and one with two single-beds). Kitchen, living room and deck. This cabin is ideal for persons who enjoy the outdoors, families of four or those who enjoy the activities of horseback riding, swimming and miniature golf!
Williamsburg at Patriot’s Place. TBD 2012 (Building #35, Unit #102, week 26)
A large, one-story condominium with two double-bed rooms and a large pull-out couch. Sleeps six easily. Large living area with Jacuzzi. Kitchen and dining area. Located within minutes of all Williamsburg attractions. Ideal for the entire family, a get-away for a couple or anyone wanting to be a part of the July 4th festivities in Williamsburg!
