Registration for 2008-2009 Christian Formation Classes
Attached to the Parent Newsletter was a registration and commitment form for next year’s Christian Formation classes. Please complete the form and return it with your payment by check or cash to Christian Formation class on Sunday, April 13 or 20. (Our online registration process is not yet operable. However, the fee can be paid online by clicking here.) Please insure that a registration form is completed and turned in when paying online.
Your cooperation helps us plan the number of classes required for each grade level, the number of catechists and aides needed, and the quantity of textbooks and supplies to be ordered. Textbook companies charge less for books ordered early. We don’t want to miss that opportunity!
The fees will remain the same for those who register by July 1. (The fees are $65 for one child, $110 for two, and $130 for three or more.) Each fee will increase by $10 after that date ($75/$120/$140 respectively). If requested, the fees for children of catechists are waived. You must commit at the time of registration.
Please note that you must be registered in the parish prior to registering children for Christian Formation classes. (Stop by the office to do that.) Also note that diocesan guidelines for preparation of the sacraments of Eucharist and Confirmation require at least one year of continuous religious education prior to the year of immediate preparation of the sacraments - Opportunities for Adult Education can be found here.

Tots Play Group
Every Wednesday at 9:30 am, Moms and/or Dads are welcome to bring their little children to play together in our Nursery. Many great toys have been donated to our Nursery so bring your tots, meet other parents, and exchange ideas.
FAMILY Vacation Bible School
Our theme is Finding God’s Love in the Heart of Family Life. Come and
meet other Incarnation families, hear their faith stories, and enjoy our beautiful
church grounds at Incarnation. We’ll gather in the evenings under canopies on the
lawn in front of the Worship Center (if rain, in the Parish Hall).
Our session will run from Tuesday, June 24, through Friday, June 27, from 7:00 p.m.
to 9:00 p.m. On Friday evening the time will be extended to accommodate an outdoor
Mass and potluck (“a Litnic”). Nursery will be provided for children under 4. There
will also be a fee of $12, which you can pay when you attend, but please we need to know
how many families to expect. Contact me (Nancy) at (434) 973-4381 or email to nancy@incarnationparish.org.
