Use the search drop-down box to choose the calendar, choose the desired date and click ‘Search’ when finished.

The calendar categories are as follows. Some events may show up in multiple categories.

• All - Shows events from all calendars at one time.
• Administration - Administrative meetings and building operations and schedules.
• Christian Formation - Religious education for children and adult members of Incarnation Parish.
• Community Life - Parish gatherings and activities outside of the worship schedule
• Hispanic Ministry - All activities concerning Incarnation's hispanic parishioners
• Music Ministry - Music practice and additional events related to music ministry
• Outreach - All events providing support for parishioners and the community.
• Social Justice - All events related to justice and peace.
• Worship - Weekend masses, sacraments, collections and related liturgical activities.
• Youth Ministry - All events and activities related to youth 6th - 12th Grade.

Click on an event to view the details. Click on Add to My Calendar and you will be prompted to open a .VCS file. You may automatically import a calendar event to any program that supports vCalendar files.

Supported applications include: Microsoft Outlook (all versions), Netscape Communicator, Novell Groupwise 5.5, Nokia Communicator 9000 series, Lotus Organizer, Palm Desktop, and Sidekick 98.

Every event has a link to a map for the location of the event. Most events occur at the Church of Incarnation or the Parish Activities Center (PAC), located directly accross from the Church offices (aka Stone Chapel). It is not currently possible to search for a specific event. Events can be filtering by viewing a specific calendar.

It is recommended to view the browser with Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers. The browser should support frames and JavaScript.

Print the Calendar using the Print Version button. Choose the desired calendar to print, then click the button. The print feature will take you to the current month for the chosen calendar. Go to File > Print from the menu or click on your browsers Print button.

It is possible to print only one month at a time. Parishioners are encouraged to bookmark the Incarnation Calendar and use the online version as the primary reference. Calendar events may change at any time and so it is recommended to print only one month.

It is possible to print the calendar and logo with varying success depending on the browser. Internet Explorer will print the page as it appears by going to Print Preview. Choose the option "As Laid Out on the Screen." Please note that this option will most likely not fit onto one page. (The % box only affects the previewing pane and not printing). Firefox provides better printing support. Choose print preview and use the Scale option to reduce the print size. Try 40-60%. After clicking on Print, be sure to choose "As laid out on the screen" in the print options box.

It is possible to print any calendar directly from the main page. Try printing from the browser menu. If the correct section does not print, check the printer settings and choose Printing of All Frames.

The address that prints at the bottom of the page comes from the source website that delivers all of our Calendar content.

The page footer can be removed by clicking File > Page Setup in Internet Explorer and deleting the text that is written in the page footer area. Be advised that this will stop Internet Explorer from printing a footer on all pages. The footer can be removed in Firefox by choosing File > Page Setup and adjusted the footer with the tools shown.

Scroll to the bottom of any calendar page and enter your email address. You will be prompted to enter your name and choose the calendars of your interest. Look for an email from calendar@incarnationparish.org to confirm your subscription.

After subscribing to the Calendar, a confirmation notice is sent to your address. You must follow the instructions in order to confirm your subscription. This is to protect your email address. If you have not received any email, try subscribing to the Calendar again. Check to make sure that the confirmation email was not blocked by a spam filter.

Email notices get sent out on Thursdays and will provide a list of events for the coming two weeks.

The staff may send out notifications and updates to subscribers of a particular calendar or to all subscribers. This will be particularly helpful when last minute notices due to funerals, inclement weather or other urgent situations occur.

Email preferences can be changed by using the original subscription process. Scroll to the bottom of any calendar and enter your email address. On the next page you will be able to make any changes needed. You can also change preferences by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of each emailing.

To add a new email address to the system, please follow the steps for subscribing a new email address. It is not necessary to remove the old address. Invalid addresses will be removed from the system periodically.
